what do you mean with unblocking?

Is your phone saying 'phone freeze' or 'contact service provider' or something similiar?

Then you can fix it easy have a look at Samsung gsm Unlock at home! - Samsung Remote Server, 'Think, Safe $, Unlock'

If you mean blocked by provider you have to change IMEI and this is illegal. Better call the provider and tell them what happened.
