You have to unlock it by cable, well not you anyone with knowledge to unlock it

Well it requires to disassemble the phone and then remove a metal cover which it's soldered and then do the TP

It's not easy and most users would damage this phone to unlock it

as far as frequencies are concerned it's a quadriband, you will not have problem to use it in Europe

but you have to unlock it and that's not possible for free
