Well things has changed a lot. Now JAF it's just an interface and Pkey does the dirty job. You expect to have a 2 years old link working well.

I updated to latest version but now my box doesn't respond everything comes on lights flash etc but doesn't read or power any phones.???

even via usb have tried it on 3 comps and still nothing??

Please give us some logs and try to use CHK function to see what's the problem

get this with every phone, dct3, dct4, BB5 with FBUS connection?

Basically when trying to connect through box nothing happens.

USB is working now.

wow nice info but why they closed update for pkey.... using CC for jaf is a virus....

This problem is due to a firmware issue, jaf 1.98.65 and up only will work with new firmware, but new one is not working very well for flashing dtc4 phones, however this new version of the software and box firmware will allow you to read all bb5 phones lock codes. There's also a tool that will change the box firmware when you need to use older versions of jaf, it's called potato and this will make your life easier when it comes to jaf's situations.
