Here are the steps provided by AlfaMobilTeam to have Pkey activated. Many thanks

1. Go to: http://www.files.odeon.cn/
2. Click on the archive: PKey-driver.rar, download and extract the contents into a folder.
3. Install Driver_setup_English and it will restart your PC after the process ins complete.
4. After the restart is complete, connect the P-Key dongle to your PC USB-Port. Windows will automatically install the drivers for the dongle.
5. Once the drivers are installed you will get the “New device is installed and ready to use” balloon popup message.
6. Leave the PKey dongle connected and then connect to another usb port your JAF Box.
7. Open JAF software version 1.95 beta 9 or newer (The software will read and display your Pkey dongle serial number)
8. Click the “Update P-Key” button. When the server will complete the card update process, the message “JAF Dongle init complete”
9. Restart the JAF Software and you will see the “Update Firmware” button now active.
10. Click “Update Firmware” and the software will display “Warning ! This update will make your JAF BOX working only with P-key. You can't use the box with older versions, are you sure???" message box.
11. Click “YES”
12. The server will update the box firmware; wait until you see the message " Updating FW Step 2...Please wait...DONE ! "
13. Restart JAF Software version 1.95 beta 9(or newer) and from now on you can use the new updates offered by the ODEON TEAM by using the new PKEY dongle.

If you bought box+pkey then your reseller must activate your dongle in the server, if you bought just pkey and you had box before send me a PM I will solve your problem

I bought a pkeybox and recently it activated and as you say ı have done all you said but update firmware is not active help me please what I must do

Pls help! since I bought my JAF Box, I can't do the activation alone. I tried several times but same result like this:

I desactivated the firewall and the internet connection is good, but same thing. I go to another cyber place,no result. Like that I can't register my box and make update to do new NOKIA models. Pls help. GOD BLESS.

Are u using JAF Box only? if so...
Uninstall JAF Setup and drivers, delete ODEON Folder from the directory...
Restart/boot pc, and install latest JAFSetup_1.98.14.exe...
And download exe JAF195beta1.rar 10-Jan-2007 09:12 2.3M...
Unrar it and copy paste this exe to C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF directory

Restart pc, and plug JAF Box, give command to prompt from this directory
for JAF USB Driver installation. Aft driver installation unplug and re-plug
JAF Box and run exe and update box....

PS Had PKey used with JAF Box, It wud have been better and system proves
fool proof.

That's because as it was said long time ago there is no more support for JAF alone, it requires Pkey

Use PKey + Twister + JAF Setup/SW.

PKey must b activated !!!
